More warnings that can hurt you.
This issue is again filled with warning advice that may or may
not fit you or your actions. Actions that might be causing you
future grief.
By helping to clean up some of these issues, you are doing your
part to keep the Internet and the programs we value clean and
prosperous for all.
Many of these actions run the gambit from plain ignorance
through to being uneducated. In
this day and age, either side is totally unnecessary as you have
every opportunity to learn and grow through networking, support
and communications using both our support times listed in the
scheduler to joining our EPP community.

BlogEstates Issues That Will Create Change |
When Blog Estates was originally created, it was to
give the members a chance to catch up to a craze
that hit the Internet like a storm.
Two versions were presented. A FREE version which was a learning
phase. The chance to build your reputation
of authority, as an expert in a field of
your choice. Branding who you are and what
you have to offer a prospect as an active sponsor and mentor were
the intentions.
This strategy is the road to getting people to
know you, like you, and trust you. The foundation will be laid
to great list building.
No one builds a loyal following push selling their
great products and services. It takes time to let
the Internet world know you have arrived.
The FREE version does NOT allow advertising.
The second version was the paid CP designed for
experienced marketers with a list, whose branding
styles were formulated, were well known and had good
marketing reputations in how to present a product or service.
If you do not fit this
description, then back to the FREE version for you while you learn.
The $5.95 per month basic charge, saves you from
blog spammers, prevents flaming and provides
users the edge in getting in front of the widest market of
readers they could attract.
Pretty cheap advertising costs, along with the fact
your entries are picked up by Search Engines, means
you are attracting your target market.
The abuse has grown unfortunately. Free members of
BlogEstates have become spammers of their own
privileges.
The rules are plain and simple. Free do NOT have the
right to advertising content. Free is designed to teach
you marketing skills you are wiser to learn if you expect
others to follow your lead.
Building a loyal following is much like building your
own contact list. If your respect for your reader or the
program is a blatant judgement on your character,
then it will soon be picked up by the very people you
are trying to reach. You lose!
More than that, you are creating enough concern that
Admin is seriously considering removing the FREE
portion of Blog Estates. Now that is a direct insult
to the members who do honor the rules, and you, if
you are a spammer will be responsible for this action.
Here is the bottom line. Your spamming submissions
will NOT be approved. Thus your blog remains empty.
What you are doing is creating extra work and setting
a poor example for those who do care.
If you are serious enough to understand the power of good
advertising, then simply upgrade. You will not find a cheaper or
safer method of advertising than what you will find using Blog
Estates properly.

E-MAIL TRACKING
Here is something everyone should read and take the advice.
If you don't, you're hurting yourself and your email buddies.
By now, I suspect everyone is familiar with
www.snopes.com
and/or www.truthorfiction.
for determining whether information received via email is just
that: true/false or fact/fiction. Both are excellent sites.
Advice from Snopes.com Very important!
1) Any time you see an E-Mail that says forward this on to
'10' (or however many) of your friends, sign this petition, or
you'll get bad luck, good luck, you'll see something funny on your
screen after you send it, or whatever, it almost always has an E-Mail
tracker program attached that tracks the cookies and E-Mails of those
folks you forward to.
The host sender is getting a copy each time it gets forwarded
and then is able to get lists of 'active' E-Mail addresses to use
in SPAM E-Mails, or sell to other spammers. Even when you get emails
that demand you send the email on if you're not ashamed of God/Jesus
....that's E-mail tracking and they're playing on our conscience. These
people don't care how they get your email addresses - just as long as
they get them.
Also, emails that talk about a missing child or a child with an
incurable disease - "how would you feel if that was your child"...
E-mail Tracking!!!
Ignore them and don't participate!
2) Almost all E-Mails that ask you to add your name and
forward on to others are similar to that mass letter years ago that
asked people to send business cards to the little kid in Florida who
wanted to break the Guinness Book of Records for the most cards. All it
was, and all any of this type of E-Mail is, is a way to get names and
'cookie' tracking information for telemarketers and spammers - - to
validate active E-Mail accounts for their own profitable purposes.
You can do your friends and family members a GREAT favor by
sending this information to them; you will be providing a service to
your friends, and will be rewarded by not getting thousands of spam
E-Mails in the future!
If you have been sending out (FORWARDING) the above kinds of
E-Mail, now you know why you get so much SPAM!
Do yourself a favor and STOP adding your name(s) to those
types of listings regardless how inviting they might sound! ...
or make you feel guilty if you don't!...it' s all about getting email
addresses - nothing more!
You may think you are supporting a GREAT cause, but you are
NOT! Instead, you will be getting tons of junk mail later and
very possibly a virus attached! Plus, you are
helping the spammers get rich! Let's don't make it easy for them!
Also: E-Mail petitions are NOT acceptable to Government or
any other organization - i.e. social security, etc. To be
acceptable, petitions must have a signed
signature and full address of the person signing the petition, so this
is a waste of time and you're just helping the Email trackers.

When a company comes up with a new program,
That program is well thought out. Your job is to find them
prospects who want to be part of it.
If you are business building, then those leads are of equal value to
you and to the company. So how do you
build brand, loyalty and action?
You could use your web site to offer specialized
mentoring, for a price, meeting once a week or even once a
month for those that need hand
holding through the maze of actions. Some
people refer to this as a membership site.
Try expanding on this idea by networking with other programs that
offer similar values. There is
always someone in need of your mentoring service.
You could meet once a week, or again, once
a month with your subscriber/customers and
go over the steps they need to be taking so
that they too are building. This one could be a free motion - sort
of back up support to current support that
keeps your people productive.
You might also provide a reward for action NOT wishful thinking.
Everybody likes to feel what they do
counts. Select a member who
has set themselves apart by actually being productive beyond the
norm and award them a select prize that will spur them on to even
further action.

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail
on the head with this! Bill
Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things
they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how
feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of
kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up
for failure in the real world.
Rule 1: Life is not fair - get used to it!
Rule 2 : The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world
will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good
about yourself.
Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high
school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you
earn both.
Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a
boss.
Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity.. Your
Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: they
called it "opportunity"
Rule 6: If you mess up,* it's not your parents' fault*, so don't
whine about your mistakes, "learn" from them.

one.
